Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AI Text to Speech, an online service that turns text into speech with AI models. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate a real person, including celebrities and public figures, or to present synthetic speech as a real person's voice; to deceive, defraud or harass anyone; to create illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors; or to infringe the rights of others. Only submit text you have the right to use.

We may refuse, remove or report content that breaks these rules and suspend or close the accounts involved.

Your audio

Subject to these terms, applicable law and the usage policies of the model providers (MiniMax, OpenAI and Google), you may use the audio you create for personal and commercial purposes. Where a provider requires it, such as OpenAI for its voices, you must tell listeners that the voice is AI-generated.

The voices are shared by all customers and are not exclusive to you. AI output can contain mistakes, such as mispronounced words; review it before you publish.

Credits and payments

Clips are paid with credits, 1 credit per character, with a minimum of 500 credits for Gemini clips; the price shows before you generate. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Sign-up credits are a one-time gift with no cash value.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept the update. You may close your account at any time.
