## Failed clips

Credits for clips that fail, or that are cancelled before they finish, return to your balance automatically.

## Credit packs

You can ask for a refund of an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Write to us from your account email.

## Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used its credits, contact us within 7 days.
