## Billing FAQ

### How is the price of a clip calculated?

One credit per character of the text you submit, spaces and punctuation included, on every model. A Gemini clip costs at least 500 credits, because Google charges per request. The exact price shows before you generate.

### Is there a free plan?

New accounts get 5,000 free characters when you sign up, about 5 minutes of English speech, with every voice and both download formats. After that you buy credits: packs from $4.99 or plans from $9.99 a month. There is no ongoing free plan and no daily allowance.

### Do unused credits expire?

No. Purchased and subscription credits stay on your balance while your account is open.

### Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time from your account page. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and its credits stay on your balance.

### Do I get credits back if a clip fails?

Yes. Failed and cancelled clips are refunded to your balance automatically.
